GUEST POLICIES

ARRIVAL

Guests may arrive after 4 pm. Door codes for main entry and room doors will be provided via the email address submitted during booking. Arrival after quiet time (9 pm) should be avoided if possible.

Early arrival may be available but must be arranged 24 hours in advance.

DEPARTURE

Enjoy a late checkout. Guests are required to exit no later 1 pm on the day of departure to allow time to clean for the next guest. A late departure will result in a late checkout fee of $100.

SUPERVISION OF CHILDREN

Viewpoint Landing sits over the Columbia River with very strong currents, submerged pilings and other hazards that are extremely dangerous. Given these hazards we require that all children be under adult supervision at all times. In addition, we highly recommend that children 12 and under wear PFD or a life vest when on the wharf. If guests see any unsupervised children, please report it immediately.

NON-SMOKING FACILITY

Viewpoint Landing is a 110-year old building on the National Register of Historic Places. There is no smoking or vaping in the rooms, on the balcony or on the property. If any smoking is detected in the rooms, guests will be asked to leave the premises without a refund, and a damage deposit will be applied.

NO SWIMMING

For guest safety, no swimming is allowed anywhere on the premises.

NO PETS

We do not accept pets at this time.

ADDITIONAL GUESTS

Additional overnight guests are not allowed.

QUIET HOURS

The vacation suites may have some shared walls. To respects our guests and office tenants, quiet hours are from 9 pm to 9 am. This applies to the entire premises.

PARTIES, MUSIC AND NOISE

Viewpoint Landing is a quiet facility and has a strict no-party policy. Please respect guests, residents and office tenants. Guests who violate this policy will be asked to leave without a refund.

BOILING CRAB & DEEP FRYING

Boiling crab or deep frying is not allowed in the suites. A propane cooker and kettle is available on the concrete viewing deck below. 

TRANSIENT MOORAGE

Dock tie up is very limited, please call in advance.

FIREARMS

Please ensure that all firearms are safely cleared prior to entering the premises.

BOATS, TRAILERS & RVs

Due to business activities and limited parking available, we do not currently offer parking for boats, trailers and RVs in the summer. There is parking available at the Vista Park.
