There are no credits or refunds for no shows. The suites booked and held for guest(s), whether they show or not.
14 DAYS OR MORE
Guests cancelling 14 or more days prior to the arrival day, will receive a refund, minus a 10% booking and credit card fee.
LESS THAN 14 DAYS*
The full rate is charged to the credit card at time of booking. There are no refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of the arrival date. However, guests are eligible to receive a full credit toward a future stay, to be applied within the next 24 months.
TO CANCEL A BOOKING
In the event guests must cancel a booking, cancellation requests must be submitted via email to the following email address only: firstname.lastname@example.org. If guests do not receive reply within 48 hours, then the cancellation request has not been confirmed. Please call 360-329-2622.
* If the state or county restricts all travel or accommodations due to COVID-19, the 14-day cancellation requirement will be waived.
